Kristy's walking group (Happy Feet) did the Portland to Coast relay, which is a 100 mile walking race. They had a lot of fun and finished in the top 20% of their division. The team's matching shirts sure are cool.

Way to go! I've been loving walking in NY since we've gotten back. John even got me the Nike Ipod so I can keep track. Thanks for the heads up on that--I use it everyday.
I love walking too! This was a really fun race to be in. Mom and Dad came up to babysit so Bob and I could do it, and I told them that some year it would be a really fun family activity. There are 12 people on a team, and I think we have more than 12 people who would enjoy doing it. I think the biggest problem would be deciding who has to sit out and watch the kids!
